2026 Cain Park Box Office
Tickets can be purchased online or at the Box Office.
Spring Box Office Hours are in-person at the Cleveland Heights Community Center located at 1 Monticello Blvd. on Fridays from 4PM – 7PM & Saturdays from 1PM – 4PM.
The Box Office will be moving to Cain Park on May 1st. Check back here for updates!
Cleveland Heights residents may register at the Box Office in-person with two forms of ID, including a recent utility bill, to save on processing fees. For more information, check out the CH Residents tab of our website.
Please note Cain Park Box Office will be CASHLESS for the 2026 Season.
Pre-Sale Events
Some bands offer a “pre-sale” a few days before tickets go on sale to the public.
These often require a password, which can typically be found on the band’s social media as well as Cain Park’s social media.

Cleveland Heights Residents
Cleveland Heights residents can register during in person box office hours for ticket discounts. Residents must show 2 forms of ID proving Cleveland Heights home address, can include driver’s license and utility bill. Residents will have the facility fees on their tickets waived. Residents must re-register every year.
