2026 Cain Park Box Office
All Cain Park sales for the 2026 season will be CASHLESS.
Tickets can be purchased online or at the Box Office. Off-Season Box Office sales are held in-person at the Cleveland Heights Communiy Center.
Winter/Spring Box Office hours are Fridays from 4PM – 7PM & Saturdays from 1PM – 4PM.
Cleveland Heights residents may register at the Box Office in-person with two forms of ID, including a recent utility bill, to save on processing fees.
The Cain Park Box Office will no longer be open on Wednesdays or Sundays (unless there is a concert or special event).

Cleveland Heights Residents
Cleveland Heights residents can register during in person box office hours for ticket discounts. Residents must show 2 forms of ID proving Cleveland Heights home address, can include driver’s license and utility bill. Residents will have the facility fees on their tickets waived. Residents must re-register every year.
