Cleveland Heights Residents
Cleveland Heights residents can register during in-person Box Office hours to save on Facility Fees. Residents must show 2 forms of ID proving Cleveland Heights residency, which can include driver’s license and recent utility bill. Residents must re-register annually.
Residents may purchase tickets in-person at the Box Office (please note seasonal hours and locations on Box Office tab of our website); or purchase online by using this link: www.CainPark.com/events.
Directions for Online Purchases
We hold a limited amount of high demand seats for residents which will be PINK on the seating chart. Once you register for the 2026 Season, you can click on the resident seats in PINK and add your email address in ALL CAPS as the “External Subscription ID”. Your email address in ALL CAPS acts as the password that allows you to waive the facility fees.
Waiving Your Resident Facility Fee
After selecting your seat:
- Open the ticket type drop‑down menu.
- Instead of choosing Adult, select Resident.
- Your facility fee will be automatically removed.
Please note there is a limit of 4 resident seats per show per email address. If you would like to purchase more than 4 tickets, you may do so by selecting additional “Adult” seats.
If you see seats you would like to purchase that are not coded as PINK resident seats, please call the Box Office at 216-371-3000 or email boxoffice@clevelandheights.gov for assistance.
Verifying Residency at Checkout
When you begin the checkout process, you’ll be asked for your External Subscription ID:
– If you’ve completed Residence Registration at the box office, your ID is your email address in ALL CAPS.
Example: SOMEONE@GMAIL.COM

Pre-Sale Events
Some Bands offer a “pre-sale” a few days before tickets go on sale to the public.
These often require a password, which can typically be found on the band’s social media as well as Cain Park’s social media.
