Residents Day 2025 will be in person orders only. There will be no phone sales on Residents Day.
At any time during the year, Cleveland Heights residents can register for Cain Park benefits.

- All ticket purchases are cashless, credit card/debit card only.
- Waived Facility Fees for any performance!
- Buy Online & Save! Registered residents can purchase tickets online through etix at any time and save! (online processing fees still apply)
- Email List Perks! Additional discounts and the latest information about upcoming events.
- Chance to enter a Wilco concert ticket raffle! All registered residents have the opportunity to enter into a drawing for a chance to win tickets to the upcoming Wilco concert at Cain Park on August 7th
- Additional Benefits! Senior, student, and military are not available through online sales. These discounts are only available over the phone or in person. Only one discount is applicable per ticket.

Where To Go For Residents' Day?
Residents can register in-person at Cain Park during Residents’ Day and purchase tickets to all on sale shows.
2025 Box Office Hours
Starting Wednesday May 28th, Summer Box Office hours will be from 3PM to 8PM Wednesday through Saturday, and 12 PM to 3 PM on Sundays. Click here for more information on ticketing.
