Beginning mid-January the Box Office will be located in the Cleveland Heights Community Center.

Beginning June 1st, the Box Office will return to its home at Cain Park.

Tuesdays-Saturdays 3:00pm-8:00pm

We will only be open on Sundays if there is an event or show. 

Sunday Theater Matinee hours: 12:00 noon – 4:00pm

Sundays Concert hours: 3:00pm-8:00pm

Pre-Sale Tickets

Some bands offer a “pre-sale” a few days before tickets go on sale to the public.

These often require a password, which can typically be found on the band’s social media as well as Cain Park’s social media.

Pedestrain Pathways

Pursuant to the City of Cleveland Heights Ordinance No. 923, driving or parking on park pathways or grassy areas is strictly prohibited.

Patrons purchasing tickets at the Box Office or attending events are prohibited from driving on the designated pedestrian pathways, and are encouraged to utilize available free street parking.

Cleveland Heights Residents

Cleveland Heights residents can register during in person box office hours for ticket discounts. Residents must show 2 forms of ID proving their Cleveland Heights home address. ID can include driver’s license and utility bill. Residents will have the facility fees on their tickets waived. Residents must re-register annually.
