Ticket Policy

All Ticket Sales Are Final: All performances occur rain or shine. There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets unless it becomes necessary to cancel the performance. Refunds are only made to the original purchaser at the point of purchase

Ticket Limit: There is a four (4) ticket limit per person for all Cain Park ticketed events. Friends of Cain Park members have an eight (8) ticket limit per person for all Cain Park ticketed events. Group sales are available.

Facility Fee: $3 per ticket

Picking Up Tickets: A photo ID is required for all ticket picks up from the Cain Park Box Office

Join The Alma Club by purchasing tickets to multiple shows. Receive discounts, premium seating, and additional benefits.

The 2024 Season is: The 25^th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (May 30 – June 9); Big Fish (June 20 – 30); Hype Man (July 12 – 21); A View from the Bridge (September 5 – 15)

Debut Level 4 tickets / 2 or more performances – $120
Encore Level 8 tickets / 4 or more performances – $216
Ovation Level 10 tickets / 4 or more performances – $250

All tickets must be purchased on one transaction. The purchase must be made over the phone by calling 216-371-3000 or in person at the Cain Park Ticket Office. Preview and Discount Performances do not apply.
