MEKIMI

MEKIMI is a University Heights-based band that plays modern Hebrew and classic rock music. The Cleveland Kesher magazine, Fall 2024, says MEKIMI is “a treat for local residents seeking live Jewish music.” The band is also the subject of a Cleveland Jewish News (11/27/24) article. Their performances have included engagements at local synagogues, the Milky Way restaurant, street concerts, and a live-streamed show during the COVID-19 pandemic. The band usually draws a large crowd.
