Rain or Shine Policy
All performances will occur - rain or shine.
Theater Opening Times
The Alma Courtyard opens one hour before showtime. The Alma Theater opens one half-hour before showtime.
The Evans Amphitheater opens one hour before showtime.
Beware of Ticket Scalpers
We encourage you to buy your tickets only through the Cain Park Ticket Office
Or via Etix.com. The only official ticketing agency for Cain Park.
Cain Park assumes no responsibility for tickets purchased elsewhere nor can we guarantee validity or admittance. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources could be counterfeit and if so, are void.
All Ticket Sales Are Final
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets unless it becomes necessary to cancel the performance. Refunds are only made to the original purchaser at the point of purchase. The show goes on rain or shine.
Service Fee - Updated for 2022
A $3 per ticket service is applicable for all events. This service fee is not charged for Box Dinner orders. Additionally, a .02657% fee on the total order amount is applicable on all credit card purchases.
Ticket Limit
There is an eight (8) ticket limit per person for most events on the Cain Park calendar.
Picking Up Tickets
A photo ID is required for all ticket pick-ups including group orders. Tickets bought in advance: for an event occurring in the Evans Amphitheater will be held at the Main Ticket Office; for an event occurring in the Alma Theater will be held at the Main Ticket Office until one hour before showtime, after which they can be picked up at the Alma Ticket Booth. Look for the "Will Call" area for pre-paid tickets.
Babies & Children
Children ages 2 and under may attend any event on the Lawn at no cost.
All children must have a ticket to be in the Pavilion.
Children and students are eligible to receive a $2 discount off the regular ticket price for most performances. We require adult supervision of all children admitted to any performance, and we strongly urge parents to remove children immediately if they are creating a disturbance.
What You Can’t Bring In
Ohio state law and local ordinance prohibit bringing your own alcoholic beverages to Cain Park (beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages can be purchased at Cain Park).
None of the following are allowed:
- Cameras or Recording Devices
- Candles (Including Incense or Any Type of Burning Insect Repellent)
- Firearms
- Glass Items of Any Kind
- Pets
- Outside food or beverage (Exception:1 personal sized non-alcoholic beverage permitted i.e. water bottle, travel mug)
Bags will be checked at the gates; coolers are not allowed. Any unauthorized items must be returned to the owner’s vehicle or left in the Main Ticket Office at no risk to Cain Park; these items can be picked up at concert end. Violators may be ejected without refund.
Cain Park is Smoke-Free
The City of Cleveland Heights has enacted a no-smoking policy in all city facilities including Cain Park performance spaces. Smoking is only permitted outside the gate entrances to Cain Park.
Latecomers
Cain Park events start on time. Please allow ample time for travel, parking, and walking the well-lit pathways into the park. Latecomers and persons leaving either theater will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Cain Park accepts no responsibility for any inconvenience.
Disruptive audience members
Cain Park reserves the right to ask disruptive patrons to leave the premises without refund. We require adult supervision of all children admitted to any performance, and we strongly urge parents to remove children immediately if they are creating a disturbance.
