Parking
There are limited spaces next to the Lee Road entrance for use by vehicles with a valid handicap permit, on a first-come, first-served basis, at no charge. This lot is open during regular business hours.
Seating for Mobility-Impaired Patrons
Wheelchair access is available in both theaters, all restrooms and the Art Gallery. Although there are no ramps to the Colonnade and Terrace from the reserved seats in the Evans Amphitheater, Cain Park staff or ushers will gladly assist in going for concessions. The 4 major entrances are ramped and there is a drop-off area at the Lee Road entrance. When purchasing tickets, please ask for wheelchair seating or request other special assistance. Cain Park offers a complimentary companion ticket with each accessible ticket purchased.
Courtesy Vehicles
Operate continuously one hour prior to showtime from the Lee Road and Goodnor / Superior entrances only and immediately upon show’s end (with the exception of Kid's Matinee performances). Because of limited space and crowding of pathways, no courtesy vehicles will operate during the Cain Park Arts Festival.
Assistive Listening
Wireless hearing enhancement systems are available free of charge in both theaters on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call 216-371-3000 in advance to make arrangements for the performance(s) you’ll be attending. Your driver’s license or credit card will be retained in the Ticket Office until the receiver is returned at show’s end.
