The Main Ticket Office is closed every Monday and July 4.

All performances will occur - rain or shine.

All ticket sales are final
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets unless it becomes necessary to cancel the performance. Refunds are only made to the original purchaser at the point of purchase. The show goes on rain or shine.

Convenience Fee
A $2 per ticket ($10 maximum) convenience fee is applied to all phone, fax, and mail orders purchased through Cain Park. Orders received without payment of convenience fee will not be processed. No fee is charged for tickets purchased in person at Cain Park.

Picking up tickets
A photo ID is required for ticket pick-ups including group orders. Tickets bought in advance: for an event occurring in the Evans Amphitheater will be held at the Main Ticket Office; for an event occurring in the Alma Theater will be held at the Main Ticket Office until one hour before Alma showtime when they can be picked up at the Alma Ticket Booth. Look for the "Will Call" area for pre-paid tickets.

Babies & children
Regardless of age, every person attending a ticketed event, including babies and children, must have a valid ticket. Children and students are eligible to receive a $2 discount off the regular ticket price for certain performances. No children under five will be admitted to any of the Alma Cabaret series. While we appreciate the opportunity to present the arts to children (Cain Park offers a fun-filled schedule of Kidzart events), for most evening events we urge you to leave small children and babies at home. We require adult supervision of all children admitted to any performance, and we strongly urge parents to remove children immediately if they are creating a disturbance.

What you can't bring in
Ohio state law and local ordinance prohibit bringing your own alcoholic beverages to Cain Park (beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages can be purchased at Cain Park). No firearms, glass items of any kind, pets, candles (including incense or any type of burning insect repellant), cameras or recording devices are allowed. Bags and coolers will be checked at the gates. Any unauthorized items must be returned to the owner's vehicle or left in the Main Ticket Office at no risk to Cain Park; these items can be picked up at concert end. Violators may be ejected without refund.

Cain Park is smoke-free
The City of Cleveland Heights has enacted a no-smoking policy in all city facilities including Cain Park performance spaces. Therefore, smoking is only permitted outside the gate entrances to both theaters.

Latecomers
Cain Park events start on time. Please allow ample time for travel, parking, and walking the well-lit pathways into the park. Latecomers and persons leaving either theater will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Cain Park accepts no responsibility for any inconvenience.

Disruptive audience members
Cain Park reserves the right to ask disruptive patrons to leave the premises without refund. We require adult supervision of all children admitted to any performance, and we strongly urge parents to remove children immediately if they are creating a disturbance.

Artists and dates are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
